Top quality doctors and staff, very patient oriented and keep you in the loop at all times. Staff seems to work as a team so you're never left wondering what's going on. The entire place is bright and clean and open as is the waiting room which is tailored for the comfort of the family member.

I have been a critical care RN for several years. Overall my sisters providers were very good. Doctor, anesthesiologist, nursing and ancillary staff were very caring, patient listeners. My only recommendation would be for the nursing staff to review a patients medical history, prior to attempting hand IVs on a patient with Raynauds disease. The additional IV sticks are not conducive to peace during an already stressful period of a patients surgical care. The environment was clean and tidy. Thank you for caring for my sister.

Amazing location and team! I was taken care of from check in all the way through pre op and post operation with nothing but care and kindness. The team at Grass Lake Surgical Center is amazing!

Very nice surgical facility. We were greeted when we first walked in, and check-in took less than 2 minutes. We were told to be there at 7:30 am, but didn't get taken back for surgery prep until roughly 9:00. Other than the 1 ½ hour wait, everything else was very professional and very efficient.

This place is AMAZING! If you ever have the choice for surgery at the hospital or here....choose here! I'm beyond impressed with the waiting area. There was more than enough seating, including areas with tables and plugs, where people who would like to work while they wait can sit.
