The nurse were very rude not only to me as a spouse of patient but their bedside manner to my husband was unreal super disrespectful and rude. I get they were super busy but just bc your busy and the specialist talks to us as couple and doesn’t inform you, and only catch the last little bit of the conversation doesn’t give them the right to give the family attitude when trying to help there spouse make sure that they are giving the correct information bc they are still trying to completely comeback from being under. Some of the staff was great and very helpful nice with wonderful bedside manner but not the 3 different nurses we had and trying to make sure and schedule the appointment was unreal they waited for the last minute to call us to give us any information about time and address and when we tried to call them back to confirm information it would always go to voicemail and I never received a call back. My husband was unable to give them correct information about his medication bc he just started new ones and his nurse was told that but ignored it, if it wasn’t for a wonderful anesthesiologist coming in to explain things to him way after I was able to make it to the back, they would have missed so much information that was very important and could have made a huge impact with the procedure if heaven forbid something went wrong.

Billing is obnoxious and borderline harassment. Took them emailing me to get the invoice and didn't even send the itemized bill despite me asking repeatedly. I want to know exactly what I'm supposed to be paying for

Nursing staff was great. Had a problem with HR (billing) but other then that I highly recommend.
