Front desk receptionist was great! Unfortunately the lack of communication is aboustely ridiculous! They took my mom back little before 10 and then we were supposed to go back and sit with her before surgery yet we have not and surgery is apparently at noon Have not spoken to surgeon. They take your number for texts yet have not received any except the welcome one This place is absolutely horrible with communication I personally will never have surgery here THEY NEED TO DO BETTER WITH COMMUNICATION

I recently had a procedure at Premier Surgical Centers of Michigan, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I walked in, the nurses and staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and compassionate. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt cared for and at ease. I was especially impressed by the anesthesiologist, who was truly exceptional. I had a lot of anxiety leading up to the procedure, but they took the time to talk to me, explain everything clearly, and reassure me every step of the way. Their calm and comforting demeanor made all the difference and put me at ease in a situation that I found very stressful. The entire team demonstrated professionalism and empathy, creating an environment where I felt genuinely safe and supported.
