We would in a heartbeat recommend the medical staff at this facility. However, the front desk management was ridiculously frustrating. We were told we owed a giant chunk before the surgery when I knew for a fact that we were at max out of pocket. She said they use a third party biller and she couldn’t do anything. I immediately called my insurance company and put them on speaker. She said she would give him a number to call and walked away leaving all of us hanging, including the amazing customer service agent we had with BCBS who stayed on the phone. When she came back she said they would send us a bill and we could figure it out with the insurance company. I then asked for the number for my insurance company to call the third party biller. The number was on her desk the whole damned time but she made us wait while she did whatever she did down the hall. I would have let it go, but then there was a couple with a preschooler there for emergency surgery and they were being told they needed to pay for anesthesia out of pocket for their kid. The mom called the referring hospital who gave her the code for billing. The woman at the desk refused to do anything about it. Didn’t even offer the distressed mom the option I asked for, despite the fact she just had to do it because I have the savvy skills to manage the messed up medical system. When I saw the mom in pre-op I approached her and told her what to do. The parents were incredibly grateful for the help. They need someone with some skills and a helluva lot less attitude at the front desk and then they can have five stars.

Excellent place to get your outpatient procedures. Clean, comfortable, and the staff is wonderful. Dr. Elluru is an excellent hand and plastic surgeon. If you have a choice to go here or the hospital, I would recommend Brookside.

I had surgery Tuesday, at Brookside Surgery Center. I honestly can say they are the best! From start to finish. Extremely friendly, professional and kind. I really don't understand some of these negative reviews. I highly, HIGHLY recommend them.

This place is amazing. It all starts at the front desk. As soon as I walk in, Maddie and Traci are pleasantly prepared to check me and genuinely take concern in my well being. I've never felt safer, comfortable, cared for, and assisted in the way those two lovely ladies have made me feel. I live 3 hours away and I'll be sure I make this trip for this experience every time I need to. That whole front desk area are the hardest working clerical professionals I have ever had the pleasure of encountering in all my years on this earth. They deserve a huge raise and maybe even a pizza party. Maddie and Traci rock the house.
