I have been a patient of Dr Fefferman since 2008. I met him at the hospital for an emergency procedure. I immediately liked him. Great personality. Well experienced and just a pleasure to be with. Makes you feel comfortableI and no need for worrying. I started having colonoscopy’s at DHA with Dr Fefferman. His entire staff from scheduling, preparing for the procedure to the after care are fantastic. The nurses are very caring. They keep you in the loop and never rush you out the door. They all run around with a smile on their face. Very rare these days. I had to have another surgery done. I was hesitant with it. Dr Fefferman was a big help. I remember chatting with him for over 30 minutes about the procedure. How it would improve my quality of life. He recommend the best experienced surgeon. That surgery went great. He took care of my follow ups. My wife and two kids are all DHA patients as well. I would highly recommend Dr Fefferman and the DHA staff. Your in good hands with them!

Endoscopy was good but billing part is a huge scam. After making an appointment I called them to see to if they contacted with my insurance and I can get an estimate. And they said I am all good there will no significant cost after my insurance. Since I know it’s not true and I tried to get detailed answers and to get more accurate estimates. I talked with their billing tried ask all possible questions that I can think of etc. And I was expecting to get a bill around 1-1.2 k for everything with an Endoscopy. Guess what’s the total bill I am dealing with now? More than 3000$..

Had a colonoscopy performed here which in and of itself is not fun. I was impressed and relieved by the care and professionalism I was given. I was in and out with no problems or complaints. Doctor and nurses were excellent. I would recommend this facility without any reservations.

Do yourself and your family a favor do not go here. You have all your records set and they reassure you over and over they have everything. They have the correct scope. The day of they let you know that don’t have it. You are suppose to entrust doctors. This is a facility that I do not trust and don’t recommend and they should not be working on patients. Shame on you. Maybe you should actually pay attention to records and not just yes patients. The State Board will be hearing from me!!!!!!!! To The office staff and Hedge Sanjay Shame on you!!!!!

I am a new patient of Dr. Hegde and couldn’t be more pleased with him, as my physician. He is a professional, thoughtful and thorough gastroenterologist. The time he spends with his patients is remarkable. He calls you when he has test results and explains them while addressing all your concerns. He will discuss any follow up procedures medication he feels are necessary. I will certainly recommend him to anyone needing a GI doctor. I would be remiss if I did not praise Julie for her efforts to book an appointment for me as soon as possible. She is compassionate and most helpful. Karen works for Dr. Hegde and is always personable. She addresses you by name when you call her. Leaving a message, she will get back to you quickly, She gets the answers I’m looking for from Dr. Hegde and contacts me with his information. The nurses are wonderful. Those assigned to your procedure stay with you from the beginning and through your recovery. Thank you to everyone who made my procedures seem routine.
