Top notch. From receptionist to nurses and then to who knows i was out. But nurses and anesthesiologist were all happy and fun and PROFESSIONAL at the same time. Real people. Thanks

On 7/22/25 my adult son had nose surgery here. They made him pay up front $1,500 before he could have the surgery and now 5 months later they will not refund the money they owe me. I promptly paid my bill from ent of western New England that uses this surgery center. The surgery center is supposed to refund me $900 and I’ve been fighting along with bc bs insurance company to give me my refund and they won’t. The Md was good and the Facility itself only fair since my son left in 10/10 pain and they would not give him Iv pain meds because they said he had to go home and they had already taken out his iv site when he woke up from surgery. He had 10/10 pain for 3 days. Never never again will I go here or use ent of western New England because of this. The name of the billing company pioneer valley surgery center uses is : Medical health care billing . They are out of Andover Massachusetts and they won’t refund me my money and can’t give me a reason why. Next call is to report them to the better business bureau insurance fraud agency

My experience here at Pioneer Valley Surgicenter was definitely a 5 star experience. My nurses were wonderful and caring. The doctor was professional and explained everything about my procedures. She also spoke with me afterwards to explain early results. I felt extremely comfortable with the anesthesiologist and surgery staff. I would highly recommend this facility!!

I had 2 carpel tunnel release surgeries two weeks apart. The first surgery was a comfortable and professional experience with everybody involved. The second surgery was the same except for the young nurse who complained out loud that she didn’t know how to prepare the syringes with my numbing medicine and had no idea how to do it!! That made me very nervous! The RN came over and told her to “simmer down” and somebody figured it out. The DR was wonderful, but I was nervous after that. All went well.

I had a procedure done today and was initially very nervous as it was my first of this procedure and I’ve never been to this specific site. However I really had no reason to be nervous as I was extremely happy with my care the entire time. The staff is truly phenomenal from the receptionist, nurses, CRNAs, and doctors.. they were all so kind, professional, and welcoming.
