It is a true blessing to encounter people in their field who are so extraordinary, especially during difficult times. Before my arrival, I was contacted and guided through everything needed for the day of the procedure, which I greatly appreciated. From the first person who greeted me upon arrival to the last person I saw before leaving—including the doctors and the anesthesiologists—everyone was absolutely amazing. My experience at Eastern Massachusetts Surgery Center and Norwood MA was wonderful. The doctors and nurses did a great job. The reports explained everything to me after the procedure. Also, the doctor sent a letter explaining in more detail the results of my endoscopy.

Since nerves are part of entering for a surgical procedure , it seemed a calm Lobby waiting area which I appreciated. Staff was efficient. Nurses were attentive, anesthesiologist made me feel comfortable with his instructions and care. The only drawback : there is surgical tool missing ( small tube ) which makes me now have to shift to a center farther from home. The procedure was successful and after the uncomfortableness of the prep that was a relief.
