I have tried to contact this place several times and no matter what time, nobody picks up. My daughter had a surgery there last year after a bike accident and I live in Atlanta. Trying to deal with the billing issues but how can I reach anyone? I have reached MD Deangelo’s office but the bill is not from them but this center. I have worked in a hospital ctr for 30 years and never seen anything like this in my life.

Over A MONTH AFTER INSURANCE PAID AND WE OVERPAID AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT RETURNED MY MONEY! THEY OWE US $1,491 because they said we had to pay our deductible before surgery which was $3,156. By the time they ran the claim our deductible was only $1,664.00. The claim was only for $2,524 AND THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN MY MONEY BACK. I filed a report with the attorney generals office and I AM CALLING THE POLICE AND FILING A REPORT SINCE THEY THINK THEY CAN KEEP MONEY THEY’RE NOT OWED. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOUR DEDUCTIBLE WILL BE BY THE TIME THEY RUN THE CLAIM, THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO ASK FOR MONEY THEY ARE NOT OWED. INSURANCE IS RUN FIRST, YOU PAY THEM AFTER. THEY'RE NOT ENTITLED TO A DIME UNTIL THAT HAPPENS. DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID. TELL THEM TO TAKE A HIKE IF THEY TRY TO SCAM YOU. WHERE IS MY MONEY??????!!!!!!!!!! HOPE THEY LIKE TALKING TO THE COPS.

Family member had total reverse shoulder replacement. Was taken in exactly on time. I was notified when she went into surgery when she was moved to recovery then her Dr called me to say all went well. He said nurse will call me about half hour for discharge. This place rocks!!! Front desk staff to nurses to drs all super!!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

I had a LTKR on Tuesday morning July 10th with Dr. Sean Rockett. From the pre-operation meeting to the minute my husband and I walked out the door that afternoon I felt cared for by a team that emphasizes professionalism and care for their patients. I felt like everyone I spoke with took my needs and fears seriously. Follow up communication has been caring and frequent. TKR i's a tough surgery to get through and I feel that I am well on my way to rediscover my athletic self with a great team to help me reach my goals.
