Just read the review that says they tell you to allow for TWO HOURS??? I've never in my life had an eye appt take that long even w dilation. Have been sitting in the parking lot for an hour and a half waiting for my friend to finish his appt- he texted that they just took him in (his appt was for 845, they took him in at 940 and said they had "an emergency"- but ive seen countless people go in and come out in that time). It's such a farce when medical places like this don't respect anyone's time because they would NEVER accept a patient that showed up almost an hour late, but when they do it, it's always supposed to be fine

I like Dr Kaldawy, I made 2 appointments in June for November that NO ONE RECORDED! I WENT TO THE APPOINTMENT AND WAS MET WITH BLANK FACES. NO APOLOGIES. NOT A HAPPY PATIENT.

Office staff is very pleasant. You do wait a bit, but they warn you up front about that with each reminder that they send you. Allow two hours for your appointment like they suggest, and you won't be stressed. Their exams are very thorough and they are very patient and allow you to ask as many questions as you would like. Dr. Liu is wonderful!

I can't recommend Dr. Adam's office enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and upbeat, which instantly put me at ease. They run such a professional and well-organized practice, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Dr. Adam's is amazing—he has such a calm and reassuring presence that made me feel comfortable throughout my entire visit. He took the time to explain every step of the exam and answered all of my questions thoroughly. His professionalism and ability to make everything easy to understand truly stood out. This places wait times are ridiculous. It's worse than the RMV and social security office combined. They obviously overbook to make more money. I will be bringing my mother elsewhere. Appointment at 10:40 a.m. Not out of there till 1:20 p.m.
