Service at this location is so-so. Nurse Gabrielle was great; nurse Faith was extremely mediocre. Staff is average, not outstanding. Would not recommend to others.

I had an excellent experience at Cataract and Laser Center, INC. in Dedham, MA. The receptionist was warm, welcoming, and professional. The medical team, especially the doctors, showed great expertise and care throughout the process. I felt safe, well-guided, and supported. Thank you for the outstanding service and professionalism!

Happy with the result but... Having already paid 1800 dollars for the less than 'wonderful' option (I would need reading glasses) which was 4000 dollars (probably no glasses) I was greeted at the center with a demand for 250 dollars for the 'Facility Fee'. Surprise! I just received another bill for 392.21. Surprise! None of the charges were mentioned when I plopped down the 1800 dollars. But then why ruin the surprises? Should you opt for their services be sure to get the total costs up front. Unless of course you like these kinds of surprises.

Recently had both eyes treated (December 2024) and I want to say everything went amazingly well with these people. Absolutely first rate. . Nice people, very knowledgeable and professional, took what could be an anxiety provoking situation and made it easy and quite painful free. These days you’re offered either laser or scalpel approach. I went with laser, costs a bit, but you walk out in 100% great shape and healing is quick. So go get rid of those cataracts, these people will make you feel good about your choice.

They never tell you they can have you wait up to 60 min past your appointment time to be seen. It would be nice if someone would communicate this information. We waited 50 min with no one updating when we might be seen. A little TLC from the staff would be nice.
