My husband just had his first cataract surgery done this morning here, and we couldn't have been more impressed! The staff, the professionalism, the expert care, the ease, the great results...I could go on and on. He had been feeling nervous about it, and now - well, he's quite delighted with the experience! On a scale of 1 - 100, we'd give them a score of 100, no question.

EXTREMELY unprofessional. My grandma was supposed to get cataract surgery here however she only speaks basic English so she needed someone to go with her to interpret. My aunt was told she couldn't go due to her line of work, she has been around too many people. She informed Ginny that I would be going to interpret a week before the appointment and everything seemed fine. Fast forward to the date of the appointment, I leave my house and drive 45 minutes to pick up my grandma, I get to her and we are getting ready to leave the house at 10:30 for her 11am appointment, when my aunts phone rings. Ginny is calling, to let us know that the appointment has to be cancelled and rescheduled for another day because she "can't find an interpreter." And all of a sudden its not okay for me to go. My aunt has voice recordings of her previous conversations with Ginny letting her know I was going and giving her my phone number to call. The worst part of all of this is that they made my grandmother put eyedrops in her eyes for three days prior, eye drops of which gave her severe migraines every time she used them. All that preparation for what...NOTHING. Very unsatisfied with the service given and I hope others are not treated the way we were.

Had cataract surgery here. Procedure and care excellent. BEWARE, if your insurance company processes your claim incorrectly and you end up overpaying the Anesthesiologist that practices here, YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK from that doctor. Still waiting from 18 months ago! Will be calling him out on twitter soon if I don't receive the monies that were overpaid.
