I have no idea why Marilynn Phillips wrote that she see’s a doctor once a year. I see Dr. Ruth every 2 months. In fact, I don’t know why the appointments can’t be every 3 months because my appointments are for refills only since unfortunately the injections don’t work for me. The entire staff is friendly. My only concern is that the prescriptions aren’t being sent in to the pharmacy my last 2 doctor visits. I have to make my phone calls to Clearway and to the pharmacy! Needs improvement there.

I had an outstanding follow up appointment. Stephanie is exceptional at checking in the patients, And making sure there paperwork is in order and the Next appointment set. My Nurse, Jasmeen did my initial exam, and was very thorough. Dr. Bell-Dzide went over my MRI and lined up My medications. Ashlee, the OM assisted me with several questions I had about my next procedure, and was outstanding with Her follow up and Customer Service. Thank you, Clearway Pain Solutions. My current Nurse Practitioner is wonderful. I wish I had her from the beginning, about one year ago. And yes, receptionist staff are also great. But I do not like the business model. Doctors do not see patients but once a year. Patients are required to see a nurse practitioner monthly, to have a very brief consultation, and a quick prescription refill. There is little time for "pain management." I contracted polio 80 years ago (1946) and have experience with both medical professionals and pain. I consider Clearway much more a business than a medical practice. Every month patients are expected to fill-in two surveys, one on our progress and the other to preregister. I do not understand how credible statistical data can be collected when several of the questions for the "progress" survey are ambiguous. And the charts for "progress" are a bit sophomoric. The preregistration survey is typical, except for the many advertisements for drugs at the end of the survey. Again, a business model, not a medical practice. And yet many of us are stuck here, given recent federal and state regulations on pain medications. I trust my primary physician and my other specialist physicians far more than I trust Clearway Pain Solutions.
