Very disappointed. They never called the night before as a reminder and the day of the procedure they called to say it was missed. Hello the appt was 2 not 11:30. They cancelled the last appt and this time they changed the time with no notice. We rush there to be seen. Ok thank you. Don’t expect to get paperwork to fill out to save time the day of and when I come back next week it has to be filled again there. What happens if the person needs help filling the forms out and can’t do it on their own. They don’t get seen?? Come on people really? Not a good experience there.

Had acl and meniscus tear repair here and everyone was awesome. Everyone was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond what was expected. My glasses broke and they even fixed those while I was in surgery. The Billing department is my only complaint. They want payment upfront to cover the reminder of my deductible but take forever to submit the claim. they called my insurance 2 weeks before surgery about how much I owed on my deductible and by the time you go for surgery you have paid more into that deductible. Still waiting for a claim to be submitted so I can get refunded the money I overpaid paid to them and now need to go towards my deductible to pay the other doctors bills that were submitted in a timely manner to the insurance company.

All the staff at Westminster Surgery Center are wonderful! From the front office staff, to the nurses (Eric, Kristy (I think) and Kelsey, sorry if I forgot some!) were so friendly and accommodating. Everything was explained thoroughly to me and the staff made sure I was comfortable throughout my whole at the center. The facility was clean and comfortable with an endless supply of warm blankets! :) I would 100% recommend the Westminster surgery center.

Best experience ever! I had surgery morning of Dec 10, 2020 with the best team at the surgery Center. As soon as I walked in the receptionist was pleasant. to meeting my nurse Barbara and anaesthesiologist Dr. Patel. The nurse that assisted me after surgery was great also. Dr. Patel gave me words of encouragement and I loved our chat about yoga. I am so thankful to have had a great team and experienced individuals during my surgery, You guys ROCK!!
