The staff were excellent. They provided their names and said call if need and they responded immediately. My doctor and the anesthesiologist were very professional and polite. My doctor responded to my call in the middle of the night and as if she was up and awaiting for my call. The anesthesiologist remembered me and was excited to see me again. I loved the service I received. My service was exceptionally wonderful.

From start to finish they were professional. Communication with me was the best I've had in a long time when it comes to my health. Texts, calls and emails were informative and friendly. Making sure that all my questions were answered and keeping me informed of next steps as for preparation. The procedure was quick and painless. The out patient process was smooth. I was in uncharted waters, unfamiliar territory all around with the procedure, and the officer staff. I have been hell bent on not having this potential life saving/changing procedure done. Call me immature, scared, unnecessary if you will. I simply wasn’t down for the procedure….. I really, really would like to take my hat off for the staff members who took care of me. They were all professional, attentive, respectful. I definitely learned quickly that my time there was as just as valuable as theirs. The doctor and the staff took all the wind out of the fear factor sail. They showed patience & genuine concern for me as a person & and patient… did I mention that these brilliant kind service was provided by a all woman team 💪🏾🫡 Keep up the good work ladies!? All of ya….

Additionally, they send reminder texts three days prior to the appointment to ensure patients are well-informed about the necessary preparations. Although it took me about 2 months to be able to get in for an appointment, I was very pleased with my appointment. All of the staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Balogun got me in next day for a procedure to confirm how to treat the issue that I was having. I really appreciated not having to wait in order to get some answers and relief. In addition, she has a really good bedside manner. I would highly recommend this practice, even with the wait to get an appointment.
