We've been with Clinical Associates since the mid '90's. I like my primary care physicians and the other specialists I've seen at the site. However, over the last 6 months, I have experienced MANY office communication problems. This is across the board with specialists and primary care physicians. The providers' staff DO NOT return phone calls or respond to messages. I had to physically walk into the back of my primary doctor's office, (without an appointment, and no one at the front desk) to get a referral for PT after calling four times with the request. The nurse was concerned she hadn't gotten the messages, and I showed her my call log to verify the contacts. This is just one example, we have had three other concerning encounters involving cancelled appointments (on their end), records not being forwarded to specialists outside the site, and an inability to schedule or reschedule appointments as no one returns our calls. Primary doctors and nurse practitioners retire or resign and there are no replacements, the existing doctors are stretched thin. We unfortunately, after 30+ years, will be looking for a new location.

My doctor is great, and recently moved to the clinical associates building. This place is the worst experience! I went up to my appointment and was told I need to go back downstairs to check in.. I go back to the first floor to check in and they tell me they didn't need me to check in since I checked in on my phone and sent me back up. It delayed my appointment by 10 minutes so my doctor saw another patient and delayed me even further. This BS process needs to change. Sent on a wild goose chase all so that the receptionist has 1 less thing to do. Ridiculous! I will now be reconsidering my doctor over this experience, and I've been with him over 10 years. This process needs to change!!!

I have been going to Towson Clinical Associates for over 30urs, and seen by Cheryl Grossman for said time. What can I say? She is not only caring, kind, lovable, but she is the BEST PROVIDER in the whole world! She is my confidant! She listens, she makes sure I receive the best care and referrals. I don't know what I'm going to do or who I'm going to see when she retires next yr! You can't find Providers today that will take their time with you. And Selina is the BEST assistant! Towson Clinical Associates has the BEST assistants in every dept.

Dr. Lise Satterfield takes time with each patient. She makes sure she asks all the right questions, so that patients will have their health issues resolved. I would recommend her to everyone if they need a good primary doctor. Also her assistant was very professional and courteous.
