In a word: aggravating. And this just refers to the call center. All I'm trying to do is schedule a simple procedure. Here's how it went ... 1. Unable to get through via phone call, so I filled out their online form. Someone named "Missy" calls me back and leaves me a voicemail. I call her back, but, after 48 hours, receive no response. 2. I call her back again and again receive no response. Thanks Missy. 3. After another day or so, I call the main number and am referred to another number, which is evidently dedicated to scheduling. I call this number and speak with an instantly surly woman who should be schooled in the lost art of customer service. Moreover, she asked inane questions, such as: "Do you want to schedule an appointment or a procedure?" "Um ... both," I reply. "I'd like to set up an appointment for a procedure." Pause. "So, do you want to set up an appointment or a procedure?" she asks again. Then she gets even surlier because we evidently have a bad connection, and she can no longer hear me. This is evidently my fault. She then demands to know why there's such a bad connection, where I'm calling from, etc. Realizing that this is devolving into some kind of sinister Abbott and Costello routine, I hang up. 4. Giving them one more chance (stupid me), I call again a few days later -- it happens to be New Year's Eve. The office is closed. (Of course it is -- it is 11 a.m. after all.) But the recorded voice states that you can leave a message. Then, silence for about 20 seconds, then another automated voice chimes in: "We have not received a valid response." Um ... kay. You didn't ask for a response. I hang up and call back yet again just to ensure I didn't miss anything. Sure enough, there's no "Press 1 now if you'd like to leave a message" type of request. Unbelievable. Hope this isn't an indication of how the medical staff operates. Of course, I'll never know -- I can't even get past the call center.

I just want to first say that this was my first time visiting this office and I was actually petrified of having a colonoscopy. However, I was made to feel calm by one of the office secretaries named Marcie. Below is a message that I emailed to the office about her. "Dear Marcie, I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for your exceptional kindness and patience during my recent colonoscopy process last Thursday. Your warm demeanor and willingness to answer my questions beforehand, really put me at ease. It made a significant difference in my experience, and I truly felt like a person under your care, not just a number, or another warm body. Thank you for your valuable support and for being so helpful. You are Truly an Amazing Person!" I saw Dr. Patel and he was nice, but seemed very rushed. I didn't get much eye contact from him, but he was nice. The supporting staff in the back worked very well together and were very warm and friendly. They are definitely a DREAM TEAM!

The nurses and Dr. Patel were very nice, professional, and comforting before my procedure that I was very nervous about. It all went well and was super quick. I’m taking a star off because it was difficult to call someone about my prep prescription that was sent in the week before. They gave me the wrong prep and it took me 4 phone calls before I finally got someone to talk to me about it and correct it.

Medical procedures are never pleasant but everyone I encountered here was so genuinely caring and attentive. Donna at the front desk was helpful and kind enough to call me the day after my procedures to check on me and any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this center (pay better attention to directions than me, as it was a little hard for me to find which part of the building to go to based on my google maps).

I was very pleased with my entire experience at the Endoscopy Center of North Baltimore! The office staff was communicative and helpful, and the medical staff were kind and understanding. I was nervous about my procedure, but everyone was reassuring and compassionate, which put me at ease. Dr. Walters was also highly knowledgeable and personable. She took the time to explain the procedure and address all of my concerns. I highly recommend the Endoscopy Center of North Baltimore for its exceptional service, and I am grateful for the outstanding care I received. Thank you to everyone at the center for making a potentially nerve-wracking experience into a positive one!
