It was my first contact with this office. The staff was very nice but the Dr. Li barely listened to me. He would ask a question and as I was answering, he was shuffling through papers. It did not make me feel I was heard or understood. I found another practice.

Celia was 2.5 hrs late. Terrible bedside manners. She over talks you. It’s hard to respond. If you’re disabled with a speech impairment or hearing impairment stay away. I have Parkinsons n Epilepsy she said I was too difficult to work with and should go to Georgetown, University of MD or Johns Hopkins. Their office is less than a mile. I have no license Received no apology for the lateness. I left out called my priori go to another practice. I heard horrible story’s of denying people care. I would not recommend her to anyone who requires assistance or disabled.

There’s not enough that I can say about Newbridge spine and pain clinic.in Prince Frederick I suffer from Fibromyalgia . Since going there my life has changed so much . I can now live my life to the fullest, and it’s because of them. The Dr’s and staff are so caring, and professional and will go to the extremes to help you. The front desk has two very nice ladies who are very helpful. The doctor that I saw listen to what I had to say, looked at all the information that was on file, including my x-rays and scans. And made a determination as to what needed to happen. Really appreciated his time and explanation.I would refer people To this office
