I can’t overstate how friendly, welcoming and professional all staff members were. Showed up at 900AM for a 1000AM colonoscopy appt and was out of procedure by 10. A prior cancellation must have sped up the process. No issues whatsoever.
I was so nervous about having to go in for a colonoscopy but from the very beginning when I walked in I was greeted with a smiling face at the front desk to seeing Dr Bright peek in beforehand to check on me with any questions I might have and her calming smile to the very end with the whole staff being so kind and supportive. Made me feel safe and secure. Even called the next day to check in on me.
I had an appointment yesterday with Calvert.Digestive. The entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable from start to finish. The doctor, nurses, anesthesiologist, tech and receptionist are awesome. They explained everything that was going to take place. This is definitely a five 🌟 establishment. I will be returning in the future and recommending them to my family and friends.
I had a colonoscopy 3 weeks ago. When the nurse put the IV in my hand the pain did not subside. When she asked I told her it still hurt. She did nothing. After the procedure my hand turned red..purple … . my vessels were collapsed and the injection site was painful. It took over a week for the discoloration to fade however the site where the needle went in is STILL painful.
CDDA is awesome. I've been there twice. Everyone is very friendly, they have great bedside manners, procedures went like clockwork and the doctors are on point. I highly recommend them and will definitely use CDDA in the future.
