In Dec 2024, Clearway scheduled me with Dr. Finkelstein because my normal Dr didn’t have any avail appts. which I later found out to be untrue. My 1st visit was for a Nerve Block which I've had yearly w/o any issues. It was very painful & he complained that I had to be still, but who can sit still while in pain. 2 wks later on my 2nd shot series when he injected the needle it felt like he hit a nerve which caused me to almost jump off the table. He didn’t say nothing other than “I’m done!” And he left out. I’ve been in the worst excruciating pain ever since that 2nd shot. The pain starts at my waist/hip and generates down the back of my leg to the back of the knee leaving a cramp in the back of the knee & calf than down to my ankle. Before seeing him I walked by myself now I’m confined to a cane or walker depending on the pain. When I followed up with him he talked with his eyes closed and said the pain should last 4-6 wks and it’s been over 2 months. I DON’T RECOMMEND DR FINKELSTEIN AT ALL

I wasn't going to post but after reading the reviews I can agree I was discharged years ago due to no fault of my own but they somehow made it my fault. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Was booted from the practice for “rude and harassing behavior” when I was the one being yelled at by the call center manager, and was calling to file a formal complaint. This happened years ago, but thank goodness I found a wonderful pain practice that treats those of us with disabilities with dignity. Try Lifestream Health for a good pain management practice! This place with their ridiculous retaliatory dismissal was the BEST thing in my care to ever happen to me. Thankfully their attempt to smear my good standing as a patient had no impact. Apparently other practices know this place to be a disorganized mess that treats patients terribly. They have no respect among patients or professionals. Steer clear!

There is ALWAYS an extensive wait past your appointment time. Today's 420p appointment time was requested for me (they called me at 145p) to come in at 215p since the later afternoon was going to be too full. I arrived at 215p to a waiting room FULL of people. By 255p I still wasn't seen and neither were some of the other people. They COMPLETELY wasted both times of my day.

Terrible front desk staff. Provided inaccurate information. Dr Nyugen Dang does not back up his treatment plans. He showed no sympathy or consideration of my pain.
