Flatout denied my surgery within 24 hours due to the fact that I have Epilepsy, even though my neurologist faxed them clearance for my ear surgery. Totally rude staff that act like your a bother because you ask questions. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They turned me down flat because of my disability. I will be retaining Counsel as this is a violation of my civil rights

Dr. Lee and his team performed an auricular hematoma drainage today and they were magnificent! All the pre-op nurses, OR nurses, and PACU nurses are so kind, welcoming, and compassionate. Highly recommend coming here for outpatient surgery! And the apple juice was fabulous ☺️

Dr. Thomas Lee and his team at Piney Care Surgery Center performed my tonsillectomy and they were fantastic! The care I received before, during, and after the procedure was phenomenal. It was my first surgery ever and they treated me with kindness and patience. I highly recommend them and have absolutely no regrets having removed my tonsils as an adult! Thank you for everything.
