Since going to Dr Gordon we have had nothing but infection after infection and hospital stay after hospital stay. Sepsis and IV medication for uti that turn septic. Terrible customer service can call three times in a week and get no response. Do not recommend for urology care.

I'm only giving one star because this is probably the wrong office that I visited. Although I keep mentioning to every doctor that I have a damaged BRAIN and a damaged body so I'm having a lot of issues. But for some reason no doctor really tries to get to the root of my problems. . When I did visit the office the staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. 2 years later I went through all my documentations and I had no idea what exactly they put inside my body during my surgery. They were supposed to give me a card stating that I CANNOT do MRI'S anymore. By the time I finally got my MRI approved I was in the office and the gentleman told me that he cannot proceed with the MRI. Even though when I talk to two different clerks over the phone when l I had to wait a week before I could get scheduled, they told me it was okay. They did not make sure to let me know that MY doctor had to pre-approve the MRI or that I had to find out exactly what's inside my body. I am glad the gentleman told me that he could not proceed because I just found out I could have DIED!!! Good thing ,I almost broke my body driving 2 hours to this office to get the paperwork in my hand. When i called the office to find out what the doctor had put inside my body two years ago some people were not nice. The patient portal for this doctor's office was blank and so was the report from the surgery through the sinai hospital portal.

Wouldn't go any place else. Dr. Gordon has treated both my wife and I for uro issues over the years. His PA (Mary Beck) is a class act and has done an excellent job helping my wife with her catheter. She brings great energy and it seems like all of the patients love her.

Fantastic doctor. If you REALLY know Dr. Gordon, you know he truly cares about his patients and is an expert in his field.

He never calls back, and Mary Beck will lie to you right in front of your face. All I want is for them to get my wife better. That's not right how his team treats people.
