Surgery & after care was fine however I’ve become very disappointed in their billing service. We continue to receive a bill for $114.25 however when I checked our EOB from Aetna we are actually due a refund for $606.00. Leona agreed that we are due a refund but I continue to receive a bill. This has been going on for 3 months now. Each time I call I’m told a refund check will be issued ā€œthis monthā€ as they only cut checks once a month. I’ve now spoken with Leona, Brandy & Ashley & have been told I need to speak with Emily who is out of the office until 9/8/25. I’ve become very disappointed in their billing department so I caution everyone to be very careful when paying any upfront fees they require as I don’t believe they know what they’re doing. Check with your insurance provider before you give them any money. 😔

I had rotator cuff surgery on Tuesday 8/26/25, I was sent home in a sling, not secure to my elbow, on Day 4, 8/30/25, the cast started falling apart. I had to put a deposit down before they started the procedure; I went on YouTube, a watched 3 different videos, all 3 videos showed all patients slings were secured and safe looking, now I don't return to my Surgeon on Wednesday, 9/10/25, the Specialty center will not get.another brown penny from me, until this issue is resolved this is unacceptable and the sling is too big, 😔🤬 , no security across my shoulder in limbo. I Pray I heal well. 9

The staff were very kind and friendly at first. Everything was fine until I woke up after the procedure. I was tossed out before I'd even recovered from anesthesia. I couldn't even stand on my own, much less walk. I couldn't dress myself. My friend and a nurse were holding me up. I couldn't keep my eyes open. They practically had to drag me out of bed. Initially, I assumed they probably urgently needed the bed for someone else. Still not right but at least it would make sense. My friend later told me most of the beds were empty, so none of it makes sense. A very upsetting end to what was otherwise a good experience.

They do a wonderful job I had two or three knee surgeries there. I had two shoulder surgeries there and they didn’t make sure you’re comfortable before you go in and when you come out. The nurses is great. Dr. Rue and Brittany does a wonderful great job on the surgeries.

Just had a procedure here. They were courteous, friendly, efficient and safe. They provided hand sanitizer, all staff work masks and protective gear, they had plexiglass in the reception area between staff and patients. They gave me the option of wearing my mask until I was taken back into surgery. I felt very safe and well cared for. They called a few days before to make sure I understood how everything was going to work and let me know my copay etc. Due to COVID your driver (friend, family etc.) cannot wait in the building, but the staff take their name and phone number and call them to let them know when you will be ready to be picked up. I honesty can't say enough good things about this place or the staff. I would not hesitate to use them again.
