Everybody was so incredibly considerate and kind! Patients were getting processed efficiently and methodically, but at every interaction the staff and techs and nurses and doctor made me feel like their sole focus. I'm so glad we've got this crew here in the area for our GI needs.
I brought my husband in for his first endoscopy. Everything went wonderful. The lady at the front desk, she has blonde hair a little curly she is fantastic. She made everything go very smoothly. She’s courteous. She has a beautiful smile on her face all the time very warm personality.. I work in healthcare myself and I know it can be hard to keep this mentality. I wanted to let her know that she’s greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
I had an extremely negative experience with Georgetta during my recent admission. She was unprofessional, rude, and showed a complete lack of empathy. Despite my request, she denied the comfort of having my husband by my side, even for a few minutes, to help calm my nerves. I asked if he could briefly join me before returning to the lobby, but Georgetta instructed the nurse not to allow him in, which added unnecessary stress to an already stressful situation. Georgetta is the person who ran my IV line and called me to follow up the day after my procedure. To make matters worse, Georgetta went as far as telling my husband that I didn’t need him. I had asked my husband to stay with me for two important reasons: I needed his help to read and verify my information with the nurse since I didn't have my glasses, and I was feeling very nervous because its my first time doing such a procedure, and I needed his emotional support. It seemed as though Georgetta was more focused on limiting her time with us to discuss her own personal issues, as I overheard her talking about a family member not getting up on time for school, which upset her. This lack of professionalism and compassion only made my already stressful experience more challenging. It is important for me to share that DR. Mostaghim was excellent, as always, and the other staff members were very caring and professional.
The best possible experience ever! So grateful to Dr.Sushil Rattan! He’s such an angel, a great doctor and above all a wonderful human being. So compassionate, so comforting, so friendly! The world would be much better if we had more people like him. The staff and the service was simply amazing! I will always recommend him to my family and friends!
I recently had a couple of endoscopy procedures at Greenbelt Endoscopy and couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. This facility is truly the gold standard for how to treat patients. Here are my reasons: **Efficient Process** From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly streamlined. The scheduling was flexible, and the staff made sure everything ran on time with no unnecessary waiting. **Pre/Post Procedure Support** I received two phone calls before my appointment. The first call was a thorough review of what to expect, the necessary preparation and a review of my medical history, medications, allergies, etc. The second call was a follow-up to ensure I had all the necessary instructions and answered any last-minute questions. A day before the procedure, I had a question about a medication I am taking but forgot to report to the nurse and called the practice to ask about it. The nurse provided specific instructions on how to safely take the medication. I also received a call the day after the procedure to make sure I was doing well. **Excellent Customer Service** The staff at the center were super professional and also genuinely caring and very nice. From the receptionist to the nursing staff and the doctors, everyone went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable. I ended up having a migraine on the day of the procedure and they couldn’t be nicer about helping me feel comfortable, making sure I was hydrated, etc. **Expert Care** Drs Rattan and Kim and the entire nursing team are really good at what they do! They explained the procedure in detail, answered questions, made me feel super comfortable and ensured I understood each step. I felt I was in very capable hands. This was an exceptional experience! If you’re looking for efficiency, top-notch customer service, and expert medical care, I highly recommend Greenbelt Endoscopy.
