Doctors Office Staff is Kind. Wait times are pretty OK but honestly the reason I give it a low rating is because I had two stomach procedures done and they basically just said "We don't know what's wrong with your stomach". :c Not helpful outta 10

I was apprehensive about having my first endoscopy and also because of my sensitivity to medications/ anesthesia in the past. I expressed my concern to Ashley, the nurse assigned to me. She immediately reduced my anxiety by her calm, kind and professional demeanor as did Christy with vitals, Missy surgical tech, and Haley aftercare. Shakira, the nurse anesthetist listened with intent and made me feel truly heard and understood as did Dr Anna Strongin. I highly recommend Dr Anna Strongin and the staff at Capital Digestive Care in Ijamsville Maryland! I also want to add when I arrived and walked through the door, I was met with a very strong smell of plugins! I expressed my concern as they make my chest tighten and can cause a migraine attack, not to mention what it can do to people with COPD and asthma! When I was wheeled in for the procedure, Dr Strongin asked how I was and I replied great, with the exception of plugins in the waiting room. One of the people in the surgical room said they would go out and remove it as soon as they were finished with what they were doing! I did check and it was gone! I am sure they will contact housekeeping to make sure that these are not replaced. I so appreciate this!

I would highly recommend this center to any of my family members and friends. Not only does this group have doctors that really care, the nurses and techs are amazing as well. 10/10

Was here to pick up a family member patient. No idea about care quality. But it’s clear this is one of the medical facilities that simply has no respect for people’s time. If you have time on your hands to sit around, no issue. Otherwise … not a great place for a healthcare consumer that expects some predictability to the services provided.

Dr Strongin and Anesthesiologist Adam Mitchell were very proficient, caring, & considerate to my concerns, putting me at ease. The nurses were attentive & compassionate. I recommend this center.
