Very professional staff, had a problem with the machine at the time of my procedure, but we were well informed. My issue is the recovery time. For my condition, a diabetic, I don't think I was observed long enough.

I was seen in a timely fashion. The staff was friendly. However the anesthesiologist, Dr. Gayle Skeet, was unprofessional, condescending, and incompetent. She did NOT medically address obvious side effects of the medications. She did NOT secure my pain pump properly. When she finally spoke with me, she stated that it was incumbent upon the patient to "be still" and ensure that the catheter was not dislodged. I do NOT recommend this center if you require any anesthetic services for your procedure.

Staff very unprofessional. My appointment was 115pm and I was never seen. Etwar McBean stated he was dealing with a white man whom was sick and waiting for ambulance. Who cares not my problem but I waited until finally McBean say he cant do surgery because he have to go home. He appear to had a bad day. My copayment was refunded by white lady unknown name. Jennifer Sosa at front desk lied and Nicki lied saying I will be seen soon. I went all day with nothing to eat. God is great. Got away from them wicked staf . Glad I didn't let that dishonest McBean do my surgery. Don't go to this place. Read the reviews. I wish I did before going there

Staff very unprofessional give u a app time but don’t complied with it ! People who arrived an 1 hour and some later than me was seen before they should be more professional and respectful and have more consideration to people’s time. 🤬 10 minutes after I made the complaint the administrator talked to me I didn’t agree with her explanation 5 minutes later the we was called by the doctor to tell me that he doesn’t want to know what has happened and cannot work under pressure and will be better to cancel or to Reschedule!!!! He was very rude and unprofessional I cancelled and left hopefully they not going to charge for us being in their waiting area! Bc that’s all they did make us wait .😡😡😡
