Just had to say Thanks to the Amazing team that took care for our baby girl yesterday. She went in for shoulder surgery and for any mama out there, no matter how small others think a procedure is, you always worry. I gotta say the team really helped calm my nerves. Starting at check in with Shannon at the front desk, then heading back with our entire team, Bri, Heather, Leah, Erin, Brooke and Casey. I really hope I didn’t forget anyone and don’t want to leave out the anesthesiologist. He really lightened the mood and had our girl laughing on her way back to surgery. Last but not least Big Shout-out to Dr. Pervaiz for repairing her chicken wing:)
Surgery is never fun, however, the staff from check in to the recovery was knowledgeable, calming and kind. Excellent bedside manner. I felt well taken care of the entire time. My surgery did end up being about 45min late but with an afternoon start time I expected some delay. Overall, a pleasant experience as far as surgery goes.
I’ve had hernia repair surgery there twice. The nurses and anesthesiologists are nice, informative and professional. My experience in the lobby was awful. I was subjected to the 700 Club spewing their propaganda disguised as news. A business should strive to eliminate the offensive. No news or political propaganda. Any extremism is unacceptable for a business to allow on their TV. Any extremism is offensive, and I was too nauseous to complain!
I had an awesome experience here! My surgery actually happened earlier than it was scheduled! All the staff from the front desk, to the nurses to the anesthesiologist to the surgeon were amazing. I was contacted a week prior to the surgery and updated multiple times throughout the week from the staff. I had an extremely uneventful surgery and cannot day enough great things about the facility and staff!
I went for cortisone injection. The front desk staff were courteous and polite. The nurses were extremely professional and compassionate. The nurse I had ( the one who looks like a teenager, but is 30) was kind and very professional. However, Dr Sood, the Doctor administering the injection, came in, snatched the sheet back, shoved something in my hip, while the nurse was trying to explain what I was going to feel. He the injected the medicine before I could catch my breath. He never explained anything I was going to experience and then left the room. I have had injections in different areas (not by him) and never experienced anything like this. I have been in severe passing and in bed for 2 days. This center is great however, this Dr is arrogant and lacks any type of bedside manner. I have been a nurse for over 20 years and have never seen a patient treated this badly! It’s very unfortunate that the staff have to work with this Dr , it reflects poorly on the center
