All the staffs were wonderful with a big smile. Very helpful and respectful from day 1 until the checkout. All documentation was covered and explained. Dr Shien Hu and his team did a good job as well. Keep up the good work ! Thank you.

Dr. Natasha Kamal and her team at Frederick Endoscopy Center were amazing! Everyone is professional, kind, communicative, and took great care of my husband and I. The day of our procedures, everything went smoothly and quickly and we felt great when we left. Dr. Kamal was thorough and went through the results with us and put us at ease. She has great bedside manner and she really cares about her patients. Highly recommend!

Dr. Natasha Kamal and her team were absolutely amazing. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. I felt very prepared for what to expect with the prep up to procedure, during the procedure, as well as recovery. If you have any GI needs I would highly recommend Dr. Kamal!

Everyone was so good at the Center. I can't remember everyone's name but the young lady who put the iv in and the anesthesiologist were so good. I also remember Leslie, Jess, and Sophia who got me ready for the procedure, who were also great. Dr. Mowery makes me feel comfortable. A great team! I don't think you want me to include the photos that I was provided with from my colonoscopy!

I was treated like a human, not like a harried cattle from a herd on its way to the butcher. I was treated kindly, with respect. Dr Kamal has impeccable bedside manners, the rest of the staff as well. At the end I was not rushed and shaken abruptly after the procedure, I was allowed time to wake up on my own. I was allowed my companion to be in the room after the procedure; it doesn't help to be told important information while still groggy after the anesthesia. And when I called the office someone answered the first time, I also got a check up phone call later. I'm returning and recommending this facility.
