The staff and everyone I came into contact with while my daughter was having her tonsils removed were amazing. They were so kind and sweet to her, it helped ease my mind some while I waited knowing they were there to watch over her. Thank you so much for the love you show your patients! They even dressed my daughters Stuffed cow in a surgical mask and hat which is the cutest and probably makes the kids smile

I accompanied my mother for her surgeries both days. I have never been to a more kind, polite, professional place in my life. Literally Everyone was So Kind and treated my mother and myself with the utmost professional attitude. We need more people like the Surgcenter professionals. So Very Thankful for their kindness.

Everybody was very nice, both in reception and in the back. All the paperwork was already ready for me to sign. In the back, everything was laid out on the bed, so I didn't have to wait for them to get stuff out of drawers or cupboards. My one little, tiny complaint is that the person who came to get me didn't tell me her name, but she immediately told me when I asked. (I just like knowing who I'm talking to.) The person who was with me was also impressed by everyone - she was kept informed and treated well. I definitely recommend this place.

Today I had a colonoscopy performed at the Surgcare of Western Maryland. I was a little nervous, but as I was being settled in for the procedure, I was treated with respect. Given tender, professional care and treated by a wonderful staff who were able to join in with my sense of humor. I felt so well cared for and I also felt as if I were the only person being treated for-even though there were other patients also being cared for. I felt that my information was kept confidential. I even felt like I was a part of the “team”. I so highly recommend this facility to anyone interested in having great service, care and being treated as a person, not a number or case for their medical procedures. I will return to Surgcare of Western Maryland, in the recommend 5 years, to have this procedure done again. I know you will like the facility and staff as well.
