I could not of been taken care of ANY place better than at Urology Associates!! For regular visits Jenn goes over every detail w me, she is super thorough and the kind of person you wanna be friends with. For my surgery in January, from minute I stepped in the door, to the girls rolling me out to the van… I felt like I was in “First Class”! Dr Allaway is a top notch physician, I believe he truly cares for his patients. I felt nothing when Robin put my IV in, I was blown away! Kim and surgery staff welcomed me w chill music, along w the anesthesiologist lady ( I can’t remember her name) but she was awesome joking w me, and gently putting me under. Recovery girls had my ginger ale waiting for me too. No surgery is fun… but Dr Allaway’s team certainly met ALL my needs. I would definitely suggest going to Urology Associates.

Professional staff and Dr Riley was so informative and answered all my questions with concerns I had with My testing and condition. This was my first appointment with Dr Alloway and I have to say I felt so much relief. I explained to him at length about some pre-existing conditions and how frustrated I was with not being able to figure out what was going on. Not only did the nurse listening take loss of notes, but he made me feel right at ease and to listen to me without rolling his eyes up as other doctors have or cutting me off. He told me he thought that he could help me and told me the next plan of action. I wish all doctors would spend the time talking to their patients this way. If I had anything negative to say it would be that I had to wait a long time to be seen but that was okay because they had The Waltons playing on the TV, LOL and I love The Waltons!

Staff is friendly and helpful. I have had no problems scheduling appointments or with phone questions. Dr Riley is the absolute best! I very highly recommend Dr Riley and his office!
