Sept. 13, 2024; To Dr. Abdulhosein Adham and staff. Dee(secretary), Kelly(nurse), Charlotte(nurse/anesthetist) and Connie(tech). I'm writing to express my gratitude for giving an exceptional care to me.Thanks for giving me warmth and kindness throughout the whole process which ease all of my fears and anxiety that I was experiencing. I could not have chosen a better center for my surgical needs. Again, thank you all and may God be forever with Dr. Adham and his staff.

I’m impressed with this office. The staff are very professional, friendly and caring. No shortcuts here. They make sure the patient has their driver, their medical directives (God forbid anything goes wrong). Today I witnessed a very alert and attentive medical staff member ensure that the patient who had just completed having his procedures stop him from driving his car when he left the facility. He had his partner with him but still chose to try and drive himself home. The medical staff person went outside and spoke to them and said he was not allowed to drive after being sedated no matter how good he felt he was. I was so relieved that the staff member was paying attention. That man could have hurt innocent people. It boggles my mind as to why his partner came with him and did not opt to drive him home. What was her purpose for being here? The mindless obliviousness of dense people always astounds me. I give people way too much credit for common sense and it really troubles me when I’m proven wrong on basic human decency. Why put others in danger? Anyway I was really appreciative and felt that the medical staffer more than adequately handled that situation. I would definitely recommend this office. They were well staffed. The medical professionals all seemed very happy to work there. They all got along. The office was quiet but not uncomfortable. They have guest WiFi too because the signal in that building is really bad.

I was a bit leery when I drove by the center to see where it was before my procedure. It seemed a bit small and outdated. I was pleasantly surprised. They fit a lot into that tiny place but it doesn't feel overcrowded. Dr. Adham was professional and made me feel comfortable. His team was friendly, helpful and professional. Suggestions: a bigger facility and/or update the decor.

This morning I had an Endoscopy (upper). I googled the address (since I misplaced the actual unit number) and noticed 3.8 which alarmed me prior to my appointment. I didn't read the reviews since I was on the way out the door and didn't need any additional anxiety. Turns out they were all about long waits from 1-3 years ago. My focus is on the treatment I received. EVERYONE at this location were amazing and professional and kind while I was there. I was taken care of from the moment I walked in the door until I left. Every step of the process was explained to me as we went along and I was given lots of opportunity to ask questions. Since I had need for anesthesia, they inserted an IV. First time I do not have a souvenir bruise! In all, 5-6 people from reception to nurse to tech to anesthesia specialist, to my chosen doctor took care of me seamlessly from start to finish. Thank you all for allaying all the anxiety I had about this procedure by doing your jobs so well!

The medical staff treated me with the kind of care and concern one rarely experiences these days. From the moment I walked in the door until they walked me out to the car, they were professional, friendly and caring. Yes, it's their job but they *are* caring, friendly and professional people. I would recommend the Center to anyone who needs their services. Grateful for such excellent medical service.
