Appointment was promptly announced at the appointed time. Was seen within 10 minutes at the examining room. Dr. Kristina Lim saw me, very efficient without being too quick or dismissive, and established my situation perfectly in 4 minutes. Great sense of humor, had to take a biopsy, the needles were done right, and finished in a 60 seconds. I'd go back, this was connected, patient-centric medicine without a hassle. On time, did what needed to be done, and staff and Dr. were engaging and fun. Would never have found them without my wife who has gone to them for a long while. Good find. (I'm a fan of good MDs who don't waste time, but still joke around and gather all the info necessary. This visit checked all boxes.)

The office staff was very helpful, cheerful and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Hendi was such a pleasure. He genuinely seemed interested in me and answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. I felt well cared for and I would highly recommend this practice and especially Dr. Hendi.

Excellent treatment and outstanding staff. Very impressed by the coordination and efficiency of the practice in all respects from appointments through surgery and discharge instructions. Dr. Hendi's explanations of the surgery were clear and concise. The surgery itself was performed with a minimum of discomfort and with excellent results in all respects. The staff that supported Dr. Hendi - Lourdes and Johana in my case - were professionally outstanding.

Wasn’t taken back to be finally seen by Dr. Hendi until about an hour past my scheduled appointment time. But the actual procedure with Dr. Hendi and assistant went smoothly, professionally, efficiently. Everything was explained as the procedure proceeded, which was very much appreciated. The atmosphere was friendly professional. Would have been a 5 star visit if I had at least been advised that Dr. Hendi was way behind schedule. (Btw, my appointment was for 8 am; one wouldn’t think the office would be so behind schedule at the beginning of the day).
