I called Monday and made an appointment for Wednesday as a new patient. I’ve been in pain for 3 years now so I was looking forward to hopefully getting some relief. As I was describing what’s going on I got cut off by one of the receptionist as if I was boring her. They called me back a day before my appointment to tell me they had cancelled my appointment. I called back to see what was going on and to get rescheduled and they said they are no longer accepting new patients at this location. I am so frustrated with the way things were handled and communicated here.

A family member had an ingrown toenail that needed immediate treatment, as it was infected. The staff in scheduling responded quickly and we got an appointment the next day with Dr. Hahn in the Bel Air office. He was friendly, gentle and did not rush in explaining options for treatment. Ultimately, he ended up removing it that day in the office. The assistant, Jess, was fabulous, too. She was funny, yet professional, and helped put us at ease. My family member is healing well and doing much better thanks to Dr. Hahn. The office is clean, and the ladies at the front desk, Kathy and Ann (my apologies, ladies, if I spelled your names incorrectly), are efficient and helpful. For the original appointment and follow up, the wait was minimal. We will definite go back if the need arises.

From the moment I entered the office, I was given 5 star treatment. Dr. Hahn and his staff were very thoughtful, personable and welcoming. With the state of affairs in the country and world, they just really gave me a far different experience than what I was expecting. I just wanted to take the time to thank: Savanna, Cindy, Michelle, Brittany, and Dr. Hahn for their stellar service.

Dr.Haun, Smh..IS ALL THE WAY AMAZING..! He, and his staff are So very professional that it's unbelievable. There are not many health/medical care offices that I been to over the last 5-10 yrs. That are That polite, And professional on a Consistent basis. And Ms.Michelle G., and the front desk ladies were very nice to me. But, that Dr.Haun...smh. He's one of THE BEST people that I've Ever seen that holds a License to perform surgery. Thank Doc! I tell Everyone about the experience that I had.

From entering the office the entire staff was very professional very knowledgeable and very calming. My son had a procedure done and everyone helped to put his mind at ease. Dr. Hahn is an excellent doctor and his assistant Michelle was very informative. Very impressed.
