I had a wonderful experience. Both receptionists were exceptional. They were friendly and fun to interact with. The Doctor was very friendly and did a great job with my feet. He answered all my questions. He really made me feel comfortable. The young woman who did the follow up was very gentle and pleasant. She even helped me get my socks and shoes on. I will be making all my appointments at the Bel Air office from now on.
My 87 year old mom frequents this practice. They are very kind, proficient, knowledgeable, and respectful. They do not talk down to her and they listen to her concerns. This is important especially for someone her age because she’s been in places where she was mistreated and disrespected. Another fantastic thing is they have Saturday hours!!! Unheard of nowadays. We are very pleased with this practice. If I personally ever need a podiatrist this is where I will come.
The reception staff is friendly and engaging. Dr. Belgin is always on point, and provides wonderful care! Dr. Belgin is engaging and caring. The care I receive from the physician's assistants is generally good. In the 5+ years that I have been cared for by the practice, I have only encountered two physician's assistants that were subpar. Ninety-eight percent were very good!
The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. The office was organized and had a good system in play for Covid precautions to try to make both patients and staff feel a little safer. And I can't say enough about Dr. Tritto. As soon as he walked in the door he put me at ease. He is friendly yet very professional. He was able to tell me what his plan of treatment was and what was expected of me to work with him to see that plan progress to my needed and desired outcome. I left the office feeling very positive about my care. Sorry so long, but this office's staff and doctor has a fantastic first impression.
First, doctors are good, kind and helpful. Still shaking my head over the interaction I had with the receptionist however. I sign in, pay my copay and am told I will barely have time to sit down before I get called back (it's about 2:35 for a 2:45 appointment made the previous week). I then proceed to sit in the waiting room and watch about four patients, who arrived after me, be called back. After 20 minutes, I approach the same receptionist and ask if there is a problem. I am told that there is no problem, "They are just calling patients back in any order they want". What? I sit back down and hear the receptionist yell my name into the waiting room. "Yes?", I say. She responds that about three more people will be seen before me. I respond, "Well, why did you tell my to come in at 2:45?" Her flippant answer? "Well, I didn't!" So apparently an appointment is merely a suggestion that you may be seen at some future time? Again, doctors are wonderful, but receptionist needs WAY more training!
