I would love to have the experience that everyone is writing about but no one answers the phone, and no one returns messages. I didn’t even get a response through the text option
Nurse Madeline did excellent job at pre op she was very sweet Nurse Anesthetist Merrie was accurate and attentive. She is very professional Post op Nurse Ellie was very kind and gave me all of the attention I needed. Dr Jeffrey Schwartz did an excellent job. 5/5 stars
Pros: Had my colonoscopy on Monday. The surgeon (Dr E Wolf) came in to check on me in the rear waiting room prior to surgery and again just prior to doing the procedure to see if I had questions. (Such a warm spirit) Was very caring in his demeanor. My surgical nurse was excellent ( Katie) very sweet, bubbly , and kindly explained my procedure when asked) Told her my blood sugar was low and she immediately checked me and found that it was and put in a IV of sugar water. She got me comfortable and ready for my procedure. She is a great example of what a nurse should be. Cons: the elderly woman (w/f) at front check-in desk is not a people person. She probably should seek other employment.
The entire process of scheduling, checking in, and having a screening colonoscopy went very smoothly, and the entire team was so helpful and efficient every step of the way. Dr. Parker was awesome, He took the time to explain the process, what to expect, answered questions, and reviewed his findings at the end. Merrie, CRNA, was also great. She explained everything she was doing, and helped me feel at ease and safe for the sedation. I want to mention Sierra, RN, who is an awesome nurse. I appreciated her efficiency, thoroughness, and her skill of getting an IV in so easily despite being a hard stick! Highly recommend!
The good care received made the best of the procedure. The nurses in pre- and post-op were fabulous. Front desk staff was ok, they were running an hour behind and no one told my ride that so he was left to wonder if I was ok.
