Extremely rude and unprofessional “coordinator”. She was cold and obviously lacks the ability to have any form of patience or empathy. Avoid this place at all cost, I wouldn’t let them touch me dead let alone under anesthesia.

The facility and staff were great, but post-procedure experience was horrible. Several undisclosed fees were issued, and upon contacting billing for clarification, I was only able to be routed to a blatantly outsourced call center that was no help whatsoever. Additionally, once all bills were paid on time, I began receiving collections notices for an unpaid 'facilities' bill that I was never notified of and allegedly received outside their normal billing portal. These never made it to me, and I ultimately paid the price. Far too convoluted, vague, unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Had a GREAT experience with Dr. Wolov and team! Had a double header with upper endoscopy and colonoscopy. MDTEC team communicated clearly, was on time, and provided a seamless experience. Worst part was the prep.

When my husband and I first arrived we were both a bit skeptical because there were so many people (Jan. 20) but this facilities staff is exceptional starting at the front desk. These young ladies are friendly, engaged and very helpful throughout the entire process. Every staff member nurses, doctors have what it takes to take care of PEOPLE. This is the one of the best facilities I have ever had to deal with. Thank you, thank you. A very special thank you to the wonderful nurse that took are of me Carolyn, Recovery RN, she was simply a god send. I felt like I was given the Royal treatment.
