Was my first visit there and was a great experience. The technician Jenn was amazing. Very friendly and she made my exam so relaxing/ comfortable. The waiting/reception area is so clean and welcoming. I'd definitely recommend my friends go there.

All the staff I encountered were very kind and professional. The exam was quick, but thorough. And they weren't upset at all that I wanted them to print my subscription so I could get my frames at Walmart since it would be cheaper. I will definitely be going there for all of my future eye care needs!

Old But Still Young

When I went to the Vision Care location on Main Street in Presque Isle in late October, the two employees I saw were not wearing masks. When I asked one of them to put on a mask, she sneered at me. I walked out and went across the street to Family Eye Care. The story was very different there. Everybody was wearing a mask. They were taking customers' temperatures and doing a short medical questionnaire with each customer before allowing the customer into their waiting room.
