Should have followed my 1st mind!! If I ever need a procedure done it won’t be here!! I’m almost 4 weeks post op and HAVE NO SENSE OF TASTE! I literally cannot taste ANYTHING and I’m wondering if it’s because of the creepy anesthesia ppl. It was 2 that weirded me out BADLY, a blonde haired lady in green scrubs who just stared at me and never opened her mouth, not even to introduce herself. The other was a guy who injected the solution in my hand IV and again didn’t say what the hell he was doing, then my hand started burning and I was knocked out cold. An absolutely horrible experience, everyone else was helpful and very nice. I work in the healthcare field and so help me God I will get my medical records and the names of who did what!! Now I’m having to go to other doctors to see what they did WRONG!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. What to charge full amout before procedure. Husband is on severe pain and need this. These people don't care and are very rude.

During Oct and Nov 2022, I underwent 4 procedures at this location. The doctors and nurses were great, but billing is horrible. I was charged for procedures, prior to outpatient surgery. SCZ sat on the bills until my entire out of pocket max was met. They received payment from my insurance company along with EOBs stating that my portion was zero. I requested my refunds (3) several times last month and even spoke with an office manager. Why is my refund not being issued? It has been months.

I was very pleased at Zachary Surgical. The staff, nurses and doctors were very helpful and accommodating. They made me feel very comfortable from the time I walked in the door until the time I left. The whole process and procedure was a breeze. I would highly recommend Zachary Surgical to my own friends and family!!!!
