Dr. Naccari and the NP Emily Bassett are amazing! They have always listened when I had concerns. I do also want to shout out Kevin in the lab. I went in this morning for labwork. My appt was for 7. I was called back at 7 on the dot and I was walking out the door at 7:03. He was very professional and fast. 4 vials and no bruising. That never happens when I get bloodwork. Great experience here!

I am an oncology patient and have been for 10 years. I have neglected to get a GP until recently because I already have a huge medical team and countless appointments. The thought of adding another appointment or doctor seemed exhausting and inconvenient at best. I have to say though some how Dr. Adams and team, from beginning to end, some how made my life easier! Appointments are QUICK! I mean I waited longer today in the waiting room than I ever have and I waited less than 10 minutes. I usually don't have time to send a text or email! Generally I am in and out in less than 30 minutes. I still don't feel rushed or neglected and always feel like I am important as are any concerns I may have. In addition, when things pop up where I need to consult someone urgently I am responded to same day via mychart and a E-visit is arranged almost immediately. I am extremely happy with this office, Dr. Adams, and her wonderful nurse (I am sorry I can't remember your name!). Thank you for making my life a little easier and pleasant! It genuinely means more than you can imagine.

Britne in the lab did fabulous I hope that administration rewards that girl. Dr McKernan was great as well. Although how come doctors and nurses don’t do more thorough exams as we used to back in the 1990’s. Listening the the chest with a stethoscope is fabulous but no looking in the ear up the nose in the mouth feeling lymph nodes checking reflexes palpating abdomen etc etc you get the idea?!! Plus it takes sometimes months to wait to see specialists. Healthcare isn’t what it used to be! On a great note though these professionals have fab personalities! Tyvm. Retired RN

I'm very pleased with the service I received at Ochsner. The staff were very helpful and positive. Upon my arrival I was greeted with a welcoming smile. Every staff member made me feel like a valued patient. I'm looking to future visits. If you are looking for a Second to None experience for patient care. I strongly recommend the Ochsner Healthcare facilities.

Plenty of seating available in the waiting area. The receptionist Kaneesha was cordial and professional. Upon checking in for my blood work appointment, I only waited a few minutes before being called back. The nurses and NP’s are professional and the Facility is sterile and is kept neat and cleanly. Thanks to the staff at Ochsner Health Center at 2750 Gause Boulevard in Slidell for your 5 star service and hospitality.
