The Surgery Center is awesome!! Quiet, calm & peaceful unlike regular hospital outpatient settings. That makes a huge difference when you’re having surgery. I found everyone to be very kind, not rushed, & patient. I have to give Kudos to my Nurse, Terry. She went above & beyond to make me feel comfortable. And yes experience does matter. Terry has 30+ years in Nursing & it shows. I’m thankful she was my Nurse😍. Dr. Wheelen (sp?) my Anesthesiologist & his co-worker were very good also. Actually everyone I came into contact was. I highly recommend the Surgery Center in Shreveport.

The staff at this facility is exceptional. Everyone here was friendly and helpful and took excellent care of me. I received a warm smile or hello from every single staff member I was in contact with regardless of whether they were on my team, it made this place shine! The waiting area, pre-surgery, and recovery all were clean and comfortable. I was very pleased with my entire experience.
