The best place to go for your procedures. Everyone is so nice and helpful. They explain everything so well. No wait time. Not one complaint, and I’m so thankful for the recommendation to go here for my procedures. Thank you!

A patient hospital gown is not intended for reuse. The risk of contamination and the importance of maintaining a sterile environment in healthcare facilities make it necessary to use fresh gowns for each patient. After a patient's use, hospital gowns are typically disposed of as medical waste. Not here!! I was given two reused gowns prior to surgery.

So I feel this clinic needs a review from a patient’s perspective. Firstly, even the ladies that book the appointments are very helpful and also very pleasant. They mail all the info you will need ahead of time. Once you get there the wait time was literally 5-10 minutes and those who prep you in the back are great! Dr Herlevic was very helpful with information and was a calming presence. The nurses who administered my anesthesia were awesome and compassionate. Naturally, I was very nervous about having a colonoscopy done. I’ve heard different horror stories and, I mean, really? Who wants to go and have procedures like this done? Not me. So it may seem like I’m being hyperbolic in my review…I assure you the experience was not negative in any way except the preparation beforehand, having to drink the yuck bowel prep. 🤢 🤮

Most unorganized and not friendly at all. No communication to the individuals waiting even with approval from the patient. Waited for the patient for approximately 1.5 hours. Once completed they called my cell phone instead of coming to the waiting room to approach the driver. Stated her in your car and pull car to awning. But all the other patients were able to have their drivers meet with the doctors for a report. Communicated with other patients families but it seems as race plays a detrimental factor even in 2023.
