I was seen at the Metairie site because of water main break in New Orleans. The doctor's office was kind enough to call and offer me the same day and time at a different office. I had never been at this office and was immediately impressed with the modern appearance of the office. The staff were efficient and I was quickly seen. They explained what to expect for my procedure and escorted me to a curtained area to un/dress for the endoscopy. At every point, they explained what was going to happen and gave me updates on when my procedure would take place. They contacted my ride home before I woke up so that she could start her drive to the clinic. The doctor came by to give me a prelim update on the result of the endoscopy and I was given a written copy of the medication that was ordered for me, and a repetition of what the doctor had told me earlier. I received a formal report of the endoscopy results within a few days. It was a very professional experience.

I had an excellent experience with this gastrointestinal doctor’s office for my procedure. From start to finish, the entire staff was polite, attentive, and extremely professional. They made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions, and clearly explained every step of the process, which really helped ease any anxiety. The procedure itself was handled with great care and efficiency, and I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of everyone involved and would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of GI care.

Great team here! The nurses , anesthesiologists, check-in staff and the doctor were all thorough and explained each step prior to the procedure and post procedure. Excellent care and service !! Will Definitely Recommend!

I’m sure they do good work and did fine since I’m asleep during the procedure. This place is a factory. I was in one of 15 stalls that four of the seven partners do probably Approximately 50 procedures a day. Having been married to a ICU nurse for 35 years these people have very little bedside matter. When I woke the first sentence was “who’s bringing you home? Call them!“ I said “I just woke up and I’m naked. Will bring your clothes call them. Since my wife passed seven Christmases ago., My daughter lives in Atlanta and My sister is visiting grandchildren in Baton Rouge, I use Uber and Lyft for Medical appointments. no wonder they want you to have someone there with you. They sent the lady with my Clothes and hold a sheet up to cover myself. From comatose to the curb was about 12 minutes Including a quick stop by the Doc to the hand, me the paperwork and say I’ll see you in three years since I had a few polyps that need a biopsy. That word did not register with me until I was already going home so I copied and sent it to my IM Dr to get an educated assessment. The people are very nice. They just want you out quickly to get someone else in your place. I get it. It’s all about money like everything else. I hope they have time with their family and a happy Thanksgiving!
