The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the facility is always clean and the service is top notch. I've had several procedures done and they always call and check on me afterwards. When dealing with so much pain it's nice to be greeted by friendly caring people. Dr. Koch is wonderful, he provides excellent care. Katie is one of the nurses that usually helps me and she has the sweetest personality and is very gentle and efficient with her IV's. I would absolutely recommend Crescent view to anyone.

Completely unprofessional and unorganized. Staff are rude and disrespectful. They made it abundantly clear that you as a human do not matter. If they treat you that way while you're awake, just imagine what they do when you are completely vulnerable under anesthesia. The building itself from the outside looks like an old abandoned building. No signage to tell you were to go. Inside is not much better. Whole talking to me the lady said "I'm not trying to be rude." Honey, if you have to say that, you know you're being rude. Then another employee informed ME that that I had not been embarrassed. That's an amazing skill. Would not bring anyone I care just a little bit about.

I’ve had a number procedures here over the past few years and always had a good experience (thanks Dr. Sterne and staff.) The receptionist is exceptionally very kind and patient, and staff has always treated me with respect. They get you in out and relatively quickly.

I had a steroid injection in my spine because I have painful hardware in my back. It took a while for it to kick in and start working. Not unusual. Once it did; it was the first time I wasn't in severe pain 24/7 in years! I'm going back. I liked being in and out of there! I thought the staff was awesome. I'd recommend coming here.
