I tried for 2 1/2 weeks to talk to someone about my issue & finally got someone to call me back! I feel like this is totally unacceptable. I feel like I could have avoided an attack if I could have been seen earlier. I have no complaints Once I was able to see the doctor.

Recently I had two procedures done colonoscopy & endoscopy. The staff were very friendly. And helped me feel comfortable and relaxed. Was very nervous because it was my first time for these procedures. Dr. Eric Lorio was very thorough explaining everything to me about my results. Would refer anyone to go to this facility.

Today, I saw Physicans Assistant Ashley she was friendly, professional, & and caring as she listened attentively and addressed my concerns. I felt very comfortable & would definitely recommend her & and the Metropolitan Gastrointestinal Clinic to others. 👍 & ❤️ ! 4/25/24 Today, one of my family members had a procedure done at the Metropolitan Gastrointestinal Procedure Area of the clinic. Dr Reddy is an excellent gastrointestinal Dr! ❤️ He is kind and comforting, and he explains your results post procedure.He has been my Dr over 25+ years. The staff is professional & knowledgeable. I can highly recommend this Dr, clinic, to anyone who may need top-notch Specialist!! 👍 👍 👍 ! 7/17/24 I saw Dr Reddy, who always walks in & shakes your handa, asking "How are you Feeling"?
