Everyone one was so nice., Compassionate and understanding. They are extremely knowledgeable. They treat me with respect, listen to my concern and make a Coloniscopy less traumatic. I am a 77 years old woman and very shy. It was no problem at all. That is how well trained they are. A big plus for all of them. Lovely ladies.

Everyone at the NGA Endoscopy Center, both in the office and in the surgery center was very kind and helpful. I really like my doctor, Dr. Russell Wardlaw. He is very attentive and listens to my concerns. When I went in for my procedure, Dr. Wardlaw and the nurses made me very comfortable. NGA and Dr. Gensler were top notch. From the office staff to the intake nurse, anesthesiologist and all those involved in my procedure were wonderful. The nurse, December that took to me to my car was exceptional! Would recommend this group to any family member or friend.

I think normally a colonoscopy can be a scary thing but my experience at NGA Endoscopy was anything but... The staff was super friendly and professional and honestly kind of felt like a spa experience. I was comfortable and relaxed and then once time for the procedure I WAS OUT! Best sleep I’ve had in a while. So much better than a scary hospital. I would recommend to anyone. Not only for the experienced staff but also for the calm atmosphere.
