Not pleased at all! Will NEVER schedule another procedure at this venue ever again. Nothing like making someone dehydrated prior to a surgery… it’ll be four hours after her scheduled procedure by the time they bring her to the back. DO NOT schedule with this facility!

Years ago, I was recommended a surgery to fix my eyelashes from growing into my eyes. I forever have incredibly uneven eyes because of this surgery! It is one of my biggest insecurities that I don't know I can ever fix.

The staff was wonderful and comforting. I was promptly seen and surgery was performed without any issues. All the staff introduced themselves and acted like I was the only patient in their care. Their only priority. I was asked multiple times why I was there and where my surgery was to performed indicating a true sense of understanding that prevention is key to not making mistakes. The staff even speaking to each other spoke highly of the facility and their love of their job there. I would highly recommend.
