The staff were all friendly and professional. I counted 12 different individuals who attended to me personally from the front desk to the discharge staff. Everyone introduced themselves and my experience was flawless

Staff is nice & the place is clean but that's about all that's good. Multiple times we have to wait almost 3 hours from our appointment time until we are finished! The wait is horrible with multiple stops from the beginning until you see the doctor. Y'all overbook way to many people and are slow! Definitely finding another place.

Little wait time. Staff organized and worked together. Everyone was very friendly . The atmosphere was welcoming and everyone spoke as I passed through. The exam room was clean . During my exam I was informed beforehand on what he was gonna do .Great friendly informative ophthalmologist .

I think this was the best experience I could have had while having surgery of any kind. The staff, including Dr. Patrick, was warm, funny, kind, knowledgeable about the procedure and answered all my questions with patience and understanding. Follow-up has been phenomenal.

Kiosk check in didn’t work properly. After 45 minutes I went to front desk and inquired if I was checked in. Then I was asked when I had arrived, if I had just arrived! Informed that we had arrived 5-10 minutes before appointment time. Front desk notified back and then it was another 30-40 minutes before being called back.
