I was thrown out, after doing 2 days of prep, because of their incompetence where blood thinners are concerned.. without testing or anything, just told to leave, procedures canceled.

. MY wife was there for a colonoscopy. Had a 9.00 appt. Checked in with desk and paid for it. Waited in waiting room for 2 and a half hours before she got called in. She found out by nurse in there that you have to check in thru your phone or they don't know your there. I stated that we did check in and pay. So how could they not know we are there. I had put my wifes purse in car and her phone was in it because she was going in to surgery. No one at that desk told us this. Even after we questioned what was taking so long. Very bad experience there. They need to let patients know of there inept procedures.
