Met with Dr. Nassif for an initial consult today. He exceeded all my expectations. He listened to all my concerns, spent a lot of time with me and was extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr Nassif. He is very caring and a true professional.

Dr. Nassif was very caring and informative and went over everything with me prior ensuring I understand exactly what to expect. The pre procedure staff that prepped me and went over all the details were so amazing. They deserve 5 stars. But it doesn't overshadow the rest. The post care was a very different experience for me. I was not awoken by ANY of the staff that I interacted with prior. I had a woman wake me up gently and walk over to the counter with her back to me. I stirred and asked her where my husband was to no answer or acknowledgment, thinking she didn't hear me I asked a couple more times still nothing. Another nurse said to her she is asking a question, where I heard her response " I heard her", to my disbelief still no acknowledgment. I ask is he outside just as he is entering to my relief, as my anxiety is raising at this point of my treatment. I still very disoriented from being under. She comes over and asked me to cough a couple time. Which I do and inform her I have urinated on myself and slightly deficated. My blood pressure is high due to my anxiety and she doesn't acknowledge me needing cleaned up but proceeds to fill out my discharge papers and unhook me from everything. Only when my husband asks for a towel to clean me up she said she would bring one. I left as soon as I could, no longer wanting to be under her care. I personally carry a CNA license and am appalled at that type of care from someone in the medical field. To be ignored and made to sit in your own bodily fluids in such a vulnerable position is hard to take. Full transparency of my experience, if I would have read a review like this prior I would have chosen elsewhere.

I had an appointment with Dr. Nassif today. The staff was friendly and outgoing. Dr Nassif was very informative, professional and had a great attitude. He took his time to answer all my questions. He laid out a detailed plan to help me with my symptoms. I have confidence and look forward to being under his care. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic Staff. Wonderful fun man in Dr. Nassif. Very comforting and encouraging. Sure, a little bit if a wait, but I'm a business owner and I have to tell customers they have to wait 90 plus days for it services. This place and staff are amazing and I highly recommend them for their services!!!! Thank you Wichita Endoscopy!!!!

Dr Nassif is a sweetheart and one of the best doctors I've had! He always takes the time to explain everything in great detail and he does it in such an understanding way. He is also the doctor that finally diagnosed me with Crohn's disease after multiple doctors ignored my symptoms for years and brushed it off as just anxiety or IBS. Dr Nassif has given me my life back! I've had multiple visits with Nassif now and every one of them has been very pleasant! All of his staff members are kind, humorous and very comforting. My one and only complaint is how crowded the parking lot is!
