I'd give 0 if I could! Lady on the phone was rude! Not to mention obviously annoyed at anyone who was calling! I've tried for many years to get even one appointment at this place it's always the same! They don't have room for anymore ppl with my insurance then do yourselves a favor and take it off your website it's deceiving!!! I'll never try to get another appointment!!! I'll also steer anyone clear of this sham of an office and practice!!! This place should be SHUT DOWN!!!

WORST PLACE IN TOWN! Went there for years I missed I appointment and they banned me from the practice. Then a year or two later I took my SON then 5 to their immediate care office and they refused to see him! HE HAD A FEVER OF 104! And they turned us away because I missed an appointment and was dropped as a patient! NEVER GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SUPPORT DOCTORS WHO DON'T CARE ABOUT CHILDREN OVER PROFIT!

My wife recently had a run in with one of the receptionist who in my opinion was not very professional and extremely unhelpful. Now I will qualify this with my wife did lose her cool and yell at this person in the lobby in front of several people and we both agree this was not right, but it takes a lot for her to get there. We are moving our health care elsewhere because of this and other items that have happened. I mean when a doctor asks what should we do for something you came to him about it strikes me as unprofessional as he is the one who was supposed to go to medical school right? The last thing I am going to say is many of our extended family also go to this location and see various doctors and are still happy with the location but instantly knew which receptionist we were talking about who say she is very unfriendly. We have also noticed a high turnover recently in the receptionists. Not sure if this will help anyone but I feel this points to poor management of this location.

I had an appointment set for 3:15 pm. When I arrived they said it was yesterday. I told them who I spoke with and they told there was no person there. They wanted me to reschedule for tomorrow. I told them I can't take off from my just whenever as I am required to have someone cover for me and that's not always possible. I am looking for a new Dr at the moment not at this location. Dr Froese asked me what we should do about a sinus infection i recently had. I said I'm not the one who went to medical school. My last Dr got fired for prescribing non fda approved medicine. What happened to this place is shameful.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Whitney Nichols! I first saw her in urgent care and immediately knew she was the perfect fit for me. At my new patient visit today, she took the time to sit with me, answer all my questions, and truly listen. I never once felt rushed—she made me feel cared for and understood, which is rare to find these days. I’m so glad I found a doctor who genuinely cares about her patients! Highly recommend.
