Everyone was AMAZING. I’m a very anxious person about surgery let alone this procedure. Everyone was fantastic from the front desk all the way to recovery. Everything was explained very thoroughly and I wasn’t rushed on any of my questions or concerns. Plus it is a very clean building which helped calm my nerves lol. Thank you thank you for making me feel safe and cared for.

I am not one to leave negative reviews but needed to relay an issue with SJC for anyone considering surgery here. I was the driver for a friend who would be going under general anesthesia for a surgery. She called and left a message the week before her surgery to ask if she needed to reschedule due to a cold—SJC did not call her back but cancelled her appt without a call, text, or any form of message relaying the cancellation. When we showed up for her morning surgery, they told her it was cancelled (for the first time) and said it was the patient’s responsibility to reschedule appts. A forewarning for anyone scheduled here—it seems SJC could cancel your appt at any time without notice.

Amazed at how well you are treated here. Never would say that surgery is a pleasant experience, but it was here. Every process was done smoothly and with excellent bedtime manner. They make you feel safe and secure. Highly recommended!
